Here are the set of rules pertaining to the plot:
+Puck is in-charge. This does not mean that characters necessarily have to listen to him, but no one else can "rule" the forest. Puck's home is a large tree house in the center of the forest which requires the use of an elevator to reach the top...though it is not advisable to just drop in on him for a visit.
+While Puck IS in-charge, he does not "own" the forest. No one can "own" the forest. It is a living being, and nothing can tame it.
+Each character may live in any part of the forest, in any sort of home they choose. Your character may build a home themselves, live with another character(with their consent), or stay in a pre-built tree house. There are a few homes already built in the forest, but your character will have to find them themselves.
+Characters MUST remain within the realms of the forest. Anyone who manages to leave CANNOT come back unless some sort of plot story has been worked out and approved by the admin.
+Romances and other relationships are permitted between the characters, and of any orientation you may choose. BUT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER IS A HUMAN/ANIMAL OR ADULT/MINOR ROMANCE ALLOWED.
+Do not underestimate the magic of the forest. No character is defenseless against it, not even Puck. If you constantly play your character as having no affect against it, then this will fall under the category of godmodding, which is against the rules.
